TEACHER

     Teacher indeed occupy a respectable position in society. Teachers can be respected by the people because of his authority, so that the community does not doubt the figure of the teacher. People believe that the presence of the teacher, it can educate and form the personality of their students well in order to have a high intellect and leadership responsible. So in simple terms, the teacher can be defined as those that provide knowledge to students. There are the role of teacher:

Teacher as educator. Teachers are educators, who become leaders, role models and identification for the students, and the environment. Therefore, teachers must have certain quality standards, which include the responsibility, authority, independence and discipline. The role of teachers as educators concerned with improving the growth and development of children to gain more experiences such as the use of physical health, free from parents and other adults, the morality of civic responsibility, knowledge and basic skills,. Therefore the teacher's task can be called educators and child care. The teacher in charge of disciplining the child must control every activity of the children to the level of your child's behavior does not diverge with existing norms.

     The role of teacher as a teach and mentor in learning activities of students are influenced by various factors, such as motivation, maturity, relationships with teachers learners, verbal skills, the level of freedom, security and teachers' skills in communicating. If the factors above are met, then through learning students can learn well. Teachers should try to make something clear to learners and skilled in solving problems. There are several things that must be done by a teacher in learning, namely: Creating illustrations, Define, Analyze, Synthesize, inquiry, Respond, Listening, creating trust, provide varying views, Providing media to assess the standard material, Adjusting teaching methods, Gives tone feeling. Learning in order to have maximum power, teachers must constantly strive to maintain and enhance the spirit which has been owned as a standard study material.

     The teacher is a model for the students and all those who regard him as a teacher. There is a great tendency to assume that this role was not easy for the opposition, let alone rejected.  As an model, of course, personally and what teachers will be under the spotlight of learners as well as people around the environment that consider or acknowledge him as a teacher. There are several things that must be considered by the teacher: basic attitudes, speech and diction, work habits, attitudes through experience and mistakes, clothing, human relations, the process of thinking, neurotic behavior, appetite, decision, health, lifestyle in general. Teacher behavior greatly affects the students, but students must be brave to develop her own personal lifestyle. A good teacher is aware of the gap between what is desirable with what is on him, then realized the mistake when indeed guilty. Mistakes must be followed by the attitude of feeling and trying not to repeat it.

     So many roles that must be carried by a teacher. The role that bear so heavily on the shoulders of teachers should not make teacher candidates back up from the noble task. These roles have to be a challenge and motivation for candidates teachers. He must realize that in the community there should be undergoing the teacher's role. If not, then the society will not be awakened by the whole. Full inequality and ultimately the community is moving toward destruction.
